摘要
为了揭示新鲜草物料压缩过程中应力松弛的规律,探索压缩新鲜草物料工程优化设计的基本因素,以工程上最常用截面积为360×460mm的液压高密度捆草机为试验装置,采用多种压力、位移传感器和现代测试手段,选择了有代表性的新鲜苜蓿草、苏丹草(揉碎)和玉米秸秆(揉碎)作为试验物料,其含水率分别为48%,52%,62%。将每种物料分成若干个喂入量,每种喂入量进行一个完整的试验过程,测取与应力松弛有关的全部数据、信息。通过试验,揭示了3种物料中同一种物料不同喂入量时草片应力松弛的基本规律,以及3种物料在相同喂入量时的基本规律,从而为物料、喂入量对压缩工程的压缩力、功、功率、压缩频率等动力学参数优化提供了参考。
In order to bring to light the stress relaxation low of fresh herbage material in the compression process and explore the essential factors for optimization design of fresh herbage material compression engineering, a number of experiments were carried out for the fresh alfalfa and the crumbled Sudan sorghum and Corn stalks(just having stripped the corn ears) of which the moisture contents were 48%,52% and 62% respectively on the high density hydraulic square baler of 360mm ×460mm cross section by means of variable pressure and displacement transducer and modern testing method. Each Kind of herbage material was divided into a number of portions with different feeding rates and a complete experiment procedure was conducted for each feeding rate to determine all the date including their chemical examination data and thus having revealed the basic data and the stress relaxation law of the three different fresh herbage material Layer under different feeding rate as well as the stress relaxation law of them under same feeding rate. The achievement of this study may provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of dynamical parameters such as the compression pressure, compression work, power, and the compression frequency of different herbage material under different feeding rate.
