摘要
施肥机的作用是向田间施用肥料,以增加土壤肥力、补充作物养料,满足作物在整个生育期内对养分的需求。而作物在生育期间对养分有不同的需求,使施肥机施用肥料的品种和数量各有差异。为此,设计研制了精确农业自动变量施肥机,并对其机器性能进行试验研究,得到了施肥机在不同的槽轮工作长度和施用不同肥料条件下的工作性能曲线,同时指出了施肥机输出产生误差的原因。
The performance of 2BAF-2 automatic variable rate fertilizer applicator was tested in agricultural engineering laboratory, Jilin University. The performance curves of the applicator with different operating width of fertilizer feed wheel and different fertilizer rate were measured. The main factors issuing error of fertilizer distribution rate was analyzed. It's mainly caused by the low frequency characteristic of step electronic motor and the unstable status of the output of the fertilization machine's vibration.
