摘要
强力旋压是制造薄壁筒形件的一种高效加工方法。其按旋轮进给方向与毛坯材料流动方向的异同分为正旋和反旋,包括起旋、稳定旋压和终旋3个阶段,成形中的工件可划分为3个区域,即未成形区、成形区和已成形区,材料所受到的应力、应变在不同阶段也具有不同的特点。由于受到的影响因素众多,在强力旋压成形过程中通常存在着一定的生产缺陷。为此,分析了筒形弹力旋压成形特点及变形规律。
Power spinning is one kind of high-efficient processing methods to make cylinders of thin wall. It according to rotates divides into the positive rotation for the direction and the semi finished materials material flow direction similarities and differences and instead turns on lathe, including turns on lathe, the stable spinning and finally turns on lathe three stages. Because receives the influence factor is multitudinous, usually has the certain production flaw in the power spinning forming process.
