福建省开展循环经济的对策研究

Study of the Strategies for Developing Circular Economy in Fujian Province

循环经济是实现区域可持续发展的战略选择。本文从循环经济的概念和内涵入手,深入分析了福建开展循环经济的必要性和意义所在,并从制定循环经济发展总体规划、构建相关的法律法规体系、实施灵活有效的经济发展政策、建立技术支撑体系、培育相适应的企业制度等5个方面提出了对策建议。

Circular economy is the strategic option for carrying out the regional sustainable development of economy. Bases on the concept and connotation of Circular economy, this paper profoundly analyses the necessity and value of developing circular economy, and then offers some operable suggestions for making the general plan of circular economy development, constructing the relevant law systems, pursuing flexible and effective economic policies, establishing technologically supporting systems and fostering suitable enterprise rules etc.
