摘要
推行建设监理制，是水利建设体制改革的重要内容之一。本文着重讲述了广东省水利厅在南海市北村水闸重建工程中，从完善制度、强化质量监控、抓好进度控制、合理控制投资等几方面入手开展监理工作，取得了良好效果。
Abstract: Construction supervision system is one of the most important contents of structure reform of water resources construction. The paper mainly describes the supervisory work such as management system improvement. quality control enhancement, speed control and reasonable investment control, etc, which is carried out by Guangdong Water Resources Bureau in Beicun sluice reconstruction project of Nanhai city.The good effect is also mentioned.
