摘要
提出了研究碳烟的生成和氧化历程及工作条件影响的方法。将Surovikin碳烟生成模型和Nagle碳烟氧化模型集成在ICFD-CN源程序中构建多维模型,采用数值循环模拟的方法,根据不同的工作条件计算碳烟的生成和氧化历程。结合试验数据分析和比较进气温度、空燃比、负荷、转速和喷油提前角对碳烟生成和氧化历程的影响。研究表明:用数值模拟的方法反映了1137柴油机碳烟的生成和氧化历程以及设计参数对碳烟的生成和氧化的影响规律,对柴油机的设计具有参考价值。
A multidimensional model was developed to investigate the soot formation and the effects of operating conditions to it in a direct injection (DI) diesel engine. Firstly, the Surovikin model for soot formation and the Nagle model for soot oxidation were integrated into the ICFD-CN code. Secondly, calculation of soot formation and oxidation was performed according to different operating conditions, and a comparison among the effects of air-fuel ratio, crankshaft velocity, load, intake air temperature and start of injection on soot formation and oxidation was implemented. Combining data of experiments and calculation. Although there is a difference between experiment and simulation, the process of soot formation and oxidation is demonstrated and the effects of parameter of 1137-type diesel engine are obtained, providing a guidance to the design of diesel engine.
