白术及白术多糖对SD大鼠生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:57

摘要 在SD大鼠基础日粮中添加不同浓度的白术及其多糖,研究其对SD大鼠生长性能和免疫功能的影响。结果表明,一定剂量白术及其多糖均能有效提高SD大鼠生长性能,并能增加SD大鼠外周血白细胞的含量、NBT阳性率和血清溶菌酶含量,提高血清免疫球蛋白和补体水平,促进外周血、脾脏T/B淋巴细胞转化率,增强机体免疫功能。 The experiments were described which studied the effects of different levels of 80 mesh Atractylodes macrocephala koidz and its polysaccharide (PAM)on the growth performance and immunity function of Sprague dawley (SD) rats. Sixty SD rats weighed about 80 g were randomly divided into six groups , each including ten rats ( half males and half females). SD rats of six groups received the same basal diet, supplemented with 0.5 %, 1% ,2% Atractylodes macrocephala koidz in 80 mesh and 0.2% ,0.5% PAM. After the feeding trials, WBC in peripheral blood, NBT positive rate, content of lyzosome in serum, immunoglobulin, complement and T, B lymphocytes transformation rate were determined. Results indicated that 1% Atractylodes macrocephala koidz and 0.2% PAM supplementation were optimal for the growth performance and immune function of SD rats.
