机织绳编花边的设计

Design of Cord with Lips by Weaving

绳编花边“绳”的部分采用管状组织设计,“边”的部分为平纹地上加有经浮花。在改造的K 2 5 1丝织机上,同时织造出绳编花边的“绳”和“边”。提出了在设计中应考虑的问题及在织造过程中的工艺设计要点。

Cord of the fringe was designed by tubular weave, and lip of the fringe was designed by plain. Cord and lip were weaved together by reconstructive K251 type silk loom. The paper pointed out some considerable questions, and processing design keys of weaving.
