拉挤工艺成型连续纤维增强热塑性FRP的性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 选择国产高性能热塑性工程树脂和高强芳纶纤维、碳纤维以及混杂纤维,采用连续在线熔融浸渍技术和连续拉挤成型工艺,确定出合理的工艺参数,调整最佳的树脂基体配方以及最佳的纤维与树脂配比,分别制备了热塑性树脂基CFRP、AFRP、HFRP片材试件,并对其进行相关力学性能、耐水性试验研究。通过扫描电镜对片材试件断口面进行了分析,得出热塑性复合片材达到现有加固材料指标,具有较好的耐水性,SEM照片表明树脂与纤维浸渍良好。 Domestic high performance thermoplastic engineering resin, high strength Kevlar fiber, carbon fiber and mixed fibers were used to prepare thermoplastic composite specimens of CFRP, AFRP, HFRP based on rational technological parameters, optimal resin matrix formulation and fiber-resin mix proportion by means of contiuous melt dipping online and pultrusion processing, and experimental study was made on their correlative mechanical properties and water resistance Cross sections of specimens were analysed by SEM. Testing results showed that the thermoplastic composites attained the current indexes of strengthening materials and were of good water resistance. SEM photos indicated that sound dipping was achieved between resin and fibers.
