摘要
本文就近年国际城市住宅发展的某些趋势与特征,结合我国住宅设计中一些问题,如阳台设计、卧室分区,轻墙设置、厨房发展等,进行了比较和讨论,供住宅研究设计人员参改。
Some trend and characteristics of the recent development of urban housing abroad are discussed, compared with the Chinese counterparts following: balcony-designing, bedrooms-zoning, non-bearing partition, innovation of kitchen and utility.
