城市更新再认识

To Understand Again of Urban Renewal

随着社会经济文化的发展变化,一些旧城已不适应经济发展的要求。本文在简述了城市更新的发展概况之后,根据我国国情,探讨了城市更新的基本概念。指出城市更新应拓展为开发与再开发,保护与整治,完整与平衡三方面的含义,文中强调更新着重在城市整体结构的完整上,保护的意义也在于保护城市的历史文脉、民族传统、文化风俗和地方特色。

With the social-economic and cultural developmant, some old cities are far away to meet toda/s urban modernization requiremants.The paper takes general situadon of development of the urban renewal, and probes into the concept and substance.The author has suggested following three issues: Development and rcdcvelopmant, conservadon and rehabilitation, integration and equilibrium.In this paper, the author points out the renewal of city's integration structure. For example, that city redevelopment is not only simply removing old buildings and setdng-up of new ones, but also including prescrvadon and conservation of those of the historical ccntcxt, nadonality tradition, cultural custom and local feature.
