介绍了冶金企业燃气设施置换的几种方法、检测标准及安全要点等。燃气装置的置换要根据工艺、装置的变化选用适宜的置换方式,采样检测的标准至少要满足2个以上的合格指标(含氧量、CO含量);出现检测异常时必须进行成分检测,同时对采用的置换介质进行安全确认。

Several methods, detection standards and safety key points etc. for the replacement of the fuel gas facilities of metallurgical enterprises are described. The suitable replacement mode is selected for the fuel gas plants according to the changes of process and plants. The detection standard for sampling should meet at least two qualified indexes （oxygen content and CO content）. Component detection must be carried out when abnormal detection occurs and the safety confirmation of the used replacement medium is conducted at the same time.
