摘要 为妥善解决酸焦油的综合利用与处置问题,济钢采用真空蒸汽蒸吹回收轻油,再采用聚合反应法固化处置,得到沥青状不粘性易碎固体聚合物,进行配煤炼焦试验,达到了回收利用、控制污染、清洁生产的目的。 In order to solve the problem of the comprehensive utilization and disposal of acid tar well, the acid tar is stripped with steam in vacuum state to recover light oil and polymerization reaction process is adopted for solidifying treatment and asphalt state and no sticky fragile solid polymer is obtained in Jinan Iron and Steel Group Corporation. The polymer is blended in coal for cokemaking test. This has achieved the goal of recovery and utilization of acid tar, pollution control and clean production.
