中国民间环保组织的生存现状及发展

Status Quo and Development of Non-governmental Environmental Protection Organizations in China

中国民间环保组织的发展面临着无法可依、税收征管不合理、资金募集困难、专业化程度不高、社会公信力低等困难,当前应从立法、政府支持、公众关注、组织内部结构、制度的完善等方面来解决这些问题,同时要遏止民间环保组织发展过程中的政府对组织活动的过分干预、组织内部的腐败等问题的出现。

Non-governmental environmental protection organizations in China are facing such problems as absence of laws; unreasonable tax policies; difficulties of gathering funds; low level of specialization and public trust; and so on. Now we should resolve these problems by legislation, supporting of the government, public attention, and maturity of the organizations＇ structure and institutions. At the same time, the problems of government＇s unsuitable intervention, corruptions inside the organizations and so on should be checked.
