根据大量的由实际地震记录得到的转动动率谱曲线的统计分析，提出地震动转动功率谱的统一数学模型，给出便于工程应用的不同场地上谱参数的统计值．

The powe spectral density function of seismic ground motions in the frequency domain is usually used in the random seismic response analysis and reliable evaluation of engineering structures. In this paper,the unified mathematical model of rotational power spectra is presented according to the statistical analysis of a lot of the rotational power spectral curves from the practical earthquake records. And the statistical values of the spectral parameters are given in the different kinds of slies.
