高效液相色谱法测定蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets

目的：测定蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷的含量。方法：用高效液相色谱法制定了制剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。色谱柱：Phenomenex C18(4．6×150mm,5μm)；流动相：甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(34：20：46：1)；流速：1．0ml/ min^(-1)；检测波长：278nm。结果：蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷与其它组分分离良好。线性范围为0．0825～0．0825μm,r= 0．99992,平均回收率98．40%,RSD为1．29%。结论：本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可用于蒲地蓝消炎片中黄芩苷的测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for detemaination of Baicalin in Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets. Methods： HPLC was used for the determfination of Baicalin .Phenomenex C18（4.6×150mm, 5μm）was used and the mobile phase was methanol- acetonitrile- water- acetic acid（ 34： 20： 46：0.1）.The flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Tbe detecitive wavelength was set at 278nm.Results： Baicalin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.0825- 0.825μm（r=0.99992） .The average recovery rate was 98.40%,RSD was 1.29%,RSD was 1.29% .Conclusion：This method was proved to be simple and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Pudilanxiaoyan tablets.
