摘要 目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定己酮可可碱注射液有关物质。方法:以ODS-C_(18)为固定相,甲醇-水(45:55)为流动相,检测波长为274nm。结果:该方法灵敏度高,精密度好、专属性强。结论:该法能有效检测己酮可可碱注射液有关物质。 Objective: Set up the method of the content measurement for Pentoxifylline injection by the high-performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Used for OBS- C18 .mobile phase was CH3OH- H2O( 45: 55) and the UC 274nm. Conclusion. The method accurate, sensidvity. It can be used for measuring related matters in pentoxifylline injection.
