摘要
将山核桃壳分别用冷、热水、乙醇、石油醚提取后,经三种系统预试法：试管预试法,纸层析(PPC)和薄层层析(TLC)初步确定山核桃壳的主要化学成分有氨基酸,多糖、皂甙、黄酮、挥发油、强心甙、香豆素类。
After We extracted the shell of the walnut by the cold water,warm water,ethanol and petroleum ether, we did the experiment by three pre-experiment system; the robe, PPC and TLC.We determined the mostly component are amino acid ,polysaccharides ,saponin, flavonoids ,volatile oils,cardiac glycoside,coumarins,
