摘要
液化天然气接收终端是LNG工业链的重要环节,投资庞大,其技术涉及众多领域。文章介绍了液化天然气接收终端的工艺流程,包括LNG卸船装置、储罐、气化设备和安全保护系统;通过特定的工艺技术利用LNG冷能,可以达到节省能源、提高经济效益的目的;从发电、空气分离、制取干冰和冷库等4个方面介绍了液化天然气冷能利用等相关技术。最后,提出了我国在LNG接收终端建设方面需要进一步开展的主要工作如下:液化天然气工业链中设备的国产化;LNG冷能利用技术;开发具有自主知识产权的接收终端工艺流程。同时指出,中国在推进发展LNG时也要充分认识到:液化天然气的专业化、社会化和国际化问题。
LNG receiving terminal is the major link of LNG industrial chain. It needs large investment and covers many technical fields. The composition of LNG receiving terminal is introduced including the unloading devices of LNG carrier, the storing tanks, the gasified devices and the security system. With special techniques to utilize the cold energy of LNG, the purpose to save energy and improve economic benefits can be achieved. The relative techniques to utilize the cold energy of LNG are introduced on the 4 aspects of power generation, air separation, dry ice making and cold warehouse. At last, it is proposed the main activities to be further performed for LNG receiving terminal construction are as follows: the equipment used in the LNG industrial chain should be made domestically; the techniques to utilize the cold energy of LNG should be improved; the craftwork process of LNG receiving terminals with self-determination knowledge property right should be developed. Also, it is pointed out the specialization, socialization and internationalization of LNG should be fully considered while popularizing LNG in China.
