摘要
对城市燃气管道进行风险评估进而实现风险管理是保证燃气管道安全运行、提高管道公司经济效益的科学管理方法。风险评估的过程中需要对燃气管道的失效后果进行准确的评价和计算,为此在对燃气泄漏、扩散、破坏和损伤模式的各种理论进行总结的基础上,使用Matlab软件对燃气扩散模式进行了模拟,确定了影响燃气扩散浓度的主要因素;确定了燃气燃烧和爆炸的损失破坏标准等多方面的内容;通过实例计算,简要介绍了燃气管道失效后果的主要计算方法;并通过Matlab软件对燃气扩散模式的模拟,对影响燃气扩散的主要因素进行了定性分析。
Making risk evaluation and realizing risk management for urban gas pipelines is the scientific management method to guarantee the safe operation of the gas pipelines and improve the economic benefit of the pipeline company. The accurate evaluation and calculation should be made for the failure results of the gas pipeline in the process of risk evaluation. Based on the various theories of the gas leakage and diffusion, and the pipeline breaking and damage, with Matlab method, the mode of gas diffusion is simulated and the major factors to influence the concentration of gas diffusion are determined. Also, the multiple contents such as the loss and damage standards of gas burning and explosion etc. are determined. With real cases, the main calculating methods are introduced for the failure results of gas pipelines. And with Matlab method, the simulation of gas diffusion and the major factors to influence gas diffusion are analyzed qualitatively.
