贯彻钢铁产业发展政策 促进冶金矿山持续发展

Carrying out Development Policies for Iron & Steel Industry and Promoting Sustained Development of Metallurgical Mines

分析研究了国家发改委于2005年7月8日发布的新的《钢铁产业发展政策》,该政策以贯彻落实科学发展观,走新型工业化道路为主线,其中保持总量适度发展,强调发展循环经济,提高自主创新能力,规范管理投资行为,稳定矿产资源供应等,对冶金矿山的发展具有指导意义。提出冶金矿山要认清形势,围绕大局,适应调整,趋利抑弊的建议。

“Policies for the Development of Iron ＆ Steel Industry” issued by the state Development and Reform Commission on July 8, 2005 are studied. The“Policies” take carrying out a scientific development outlook and taking a new type industrialization road as the main clue. It stresses on an appropriate development of the total amount, developing a recycle economy, increasing self- innovation ability, standardizing the management of investment behavior and stabilizing the supply of mineral resource, which are of guidance significance to the development of metallurgical mines. It is suggested that metallurgical mines should get a clear understanding of the situation, taking the general situation into account, making adaptive regulation to turn things to advantages and to avoid the disadvantages.
