摘要
从无底柱分段崩落法结构参数、放矿方式、多分段放矿和回采边界条件等4个方面分别分析与矿石损失贫化关系,用“自适应”原理解说进路间距在一定范围内变化时损失贫化变化不大的原因以及多分段放矿矿石损失由变化到稳定的关系;分析矿岩混杂层形成、回收和计算及其对矿石回收的影响;得出使用多分段同时回采是缩短无贫化(低贫化)放矿初期影响矿石产量时间的有效措施;倾斜厚矿体使用无贫化(低贫化)放矿与截止品位放矿组合方式可大幅度降低贫化率等。最后提出矿石损失贫化综合分析方法。
The relationship of ore loss and dilution with the structural parameters, ore drawing mode, sublevel drawing and extraction boundary conditions are analyzed respectively. The causes for not great change in the loss and dilution when the access space varies in certain range and the relationship between the change and stability in the ore loss in sublevel drawing are explained by “self - adaptation” principle. The formation, recovery and calculation of ore rock - mixed layer and their effect on the ore recovery are analyzed. It is concluded that the application of sublevel simultaneous extraction is an effective measure for shortening the time when the ore production is affected in the early period of dilutionless ( low dilution) drawing. The combined application of dilutionless low dilution) drawing and cut - off drawing can greatly reduce the dilution rate. Finally the comprehensive analysis method for the ore loss and dilution is proposed.
