摘要
介绍了低磁场自重介质跳汰机的分选原理及对包钢选矿厂磁铁矿系列弱磁选粗精矿进行的分选试验,在给矿品位59.20%的条件下,取得了产率87.74%、铁精矿品位64.02%、回收率94.88%、尾矿品位24.69%的较好指标。并对其在包钢选矿厂应用的可行性进行了探讨。
The separation principle of autogenous-media jig with low magnetic field intensity and the test on its application in treating the gougher concentrate of low intensity magnetic separation in magnetite ore series of Bao Steel's concentrator are presented. At a feed grading 59.20%, good metallurgical performances were achieved. A concentrate having a grade of 64.02% ,yield of 87.74% and a recovery of 94.88% was obtained, with the tailings having a grade of 24.69%. The feasibility of its application in this concentrator is discussed.
