A Study of Japan’s Industrial Restructuring after the Failure of Its Bubble Economy

日本“泡沫经济”破灭造成了严重的经济结构不均衡,在长期的经济低迷中,日本艰难地进行着产业结构调整,主要是企业之间的兼并重组,科技立国的国家战略也使产业向高级化发展,但是产业空心化发展趋势仍然存在。日本的产业结构调整对我国有很好的借鉴意义。

Being left in a state of serious economic structural imbalance by the collapse of its bubble economy, the country, amidst a long-standing economic slump, has been staggering all along in its industrial restructuring that is centered on the inter-business merging and reorganization. In the meantime, it has been found, the country＇s national strategy of basing the country＇s development on science and technology has promoted the upgrading of industries, although the industrial hollowing trend still persists. Much can be learnt by China from Japan＇s readjustment of its industrial structure.
