Research on Knowledge Management System Frame Research Based on the Organization

面对日益变化的环境,继大量企业纷纷建立管理系统之后,越来越多的机构也已经认识到建立自己的知识管理系统的必要性。本文针对目前现状,深刻分析了知识密集型机构实施知识管理的特点,并提出了一套相应的知识管理系统框架进行探讨。

In the face of the changing environment,day by day, more and more orgamzations have been aware of the necessity of building the knowledge management system after many enterprises implemented the management system. This paper is focus on IT field at the present and deeply analyzes on the peculiarity of implementing the knowledge management in the organizations of intensive knowledge. Then it puts forward a set of corresponding knowledge management system frame for discussion.
