摘要
在高精度激光三角法位移测量中,被测物面的倾斜对测量精度影响很大。本文利用光散射原理研究了物面倾斜角与激光三角位移计光电接收面上会聚光斑的光能质心的关系,进而推得了物面倾斜角与相应的倾斜误差间的关系式。实验结果与理论预计基本一致。在此基础上提出了校正倾斜误差的方法。
in high Precision laser triangulation displacement measurement,the inclination ofobject surface influences the measurement precision greatly. The relation between the surfaceinclination angle and the light energy centre of the convergent light sPOt on the photoelectric planeof laser triangulation displacement measurer has been studied. The derivation of the relation hasbeen provided by the experiment results. Concerning the feasibility,one way of inclination--errorcorrect has been put forward.
