岩舒注射液联合介入化疗栓塞治疗中晚期肝癌的研究

Study of Yanshu injection combined with chemoembolization on middle and advanced stage liver cancer

目的观察岩舒注射液联合介入化疗栓塞治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法将80例肝癌患者随机分为2组:治疗组42例采用介入+岩舒注射液治疗,对照组38例行单纯介入治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的部分缓解率分别为19%和13%(P>0.05),生活质量临床总有效率分别为90%和42%(P<0.05)。结论岩舒注射液具有抗肿瘤、降低介入化疗栓塞后毒副作用等功效,可明显改善肝癌介入化疗栓塞治疗前后患者的生活质量。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Yanshu injection combined with chemoembolization on middle and advanced stage liver cancer. Methods 80 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group （42 cases） was treated with Yanshu injection combined with chemoembolization. Control group （38 cases） was treated with simple chemoembolization. Results The partly relief rates of treatment group and control group were 19 % and 13 % respectively （P 〉0.05 ） and the clinical total effective rate of life quality were 90 % and 42 % respectively （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yanshu injection has the effect of anti-tumor and lowering side effect of chemoembolization, and can obviously improve the life quality of patients before and after chemoembolization.
