郁金治疗淤胆型肝炎的研究

Study of Yujin on cholestatic hepatitis

目的探讨郁金及其他中药治疗淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将90例入选患者随机分为6组,均给予复方丹参、门冬氨酸钾镁静滴。在此基础上,B组加其他中药,C组加常规量郁金,D组加常规量郁金和其他中药,E组加大量郁金,F组加大量郁金和其他中药。6组疗程均为21 d。结果LSD多重比较显示,使用大量郁金与使用常规量及不使用郁金间对降低血清总胆红素均有非常显著性差异(P=0.001,P=0.000)。血清总胆红素下降均值由高到低依次为使用大量((164.3±116.4)μmol/L)、使用常规量((101.3±72.0)μmol/L)和不用((72.3±73.8)μmol/L)。其他中药用与不用对降低血清总胆红素有非常显著性差异(F=46.823,P=0.000),血清总胆红素下降均值由高到低依次为用((164.2±93.6)μmol/L)和不用((61.1±69.0)μmol/L)。结论郁金与其他中药均可降低血清总胆红素水平,大剂量郁金较常规量效果好,大剂量郁金与其他中药合用疗效最好,而且两者有协同作用。

Objective It is to explore the clinical curative effect of Yujin and other traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） on cholestatic hepatitis. Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into six groups and all given complex recipe Danshen and Potassium magnessium aspartape by intravenous drip. On the basis treatment above, group B was added other TCM, group C was added normal dosage Yujin, group D was added normal dosage Yujin and other TCM, group E was added high dosage Yujin and group F was added high dosage Yujin and other TCM. All the courses of treatment were 21 d. Results LSD multiple comparison showed that there were significant differences in decreasing serum total bilirubin among high and normal dosages Yujin groups and not given Yujin group （P = 0. 001, P = 0. 000）, The decreasing average values of total bilirubin from high to low were （164.3 ± 116.4） μmol/L, （101.3 ± 72.0） μmol/L and （72.3 ± 73.8） μmol/L. There was also significant difference in decreasing serum total bilirubin between the groups using other TCM or not （ F = 46.823, P = 0,000）. The decreasing average values of total bilirubin from high to low were （ 164.2 ± 93.6） μmol/L and （61.1 ± 69.0） μmol/L. Conclusion Yujin and other TCM can both lower down the level of serum total bilirubin. The effect of high dosage Yujin is better than that of normal dosage, and the effect of high dosage Yujin combined with other TCM is the best because of their synergistic action.
