教育股份制是股份制在教育产业发展中的一种实践探索,同时它在我国也是办学体制和投资体制改革的一种探索形式。教育股份制在我国的发展具备了法制环境、政策导向、社会和民众对教育的需求等方面的优势条件,但我国要实行教育股份制还要解决几个问题,诸如:政府介入、法制的完善、法人制度、税收政策等问题。

Educational shareholding system is a kind of practical study in education industry. It is an experiment form in schoolrunning system and educational investment system in China. The development of educational shareholding system in China has some advantages from some aspects such as legal system environment, policy direction and educational demand etc. In addition, we must resolve some problems in the attempts of educational shareholding system such as government intervention, perfection of legal system, juridical person system, revenue policy etc.
