地方综合性大学的教改始终是我国高等学校改革中的重头戏。为此,对其进行更加全面、细致和有机的探讨是必要的。我们要从问题出发,根据自身的优势,确定教改的具体内容,制定出切合实际的方针、措施和步骤,并在总结实践的基础上,构建一个合理严密,可以操作的教改系统工程模式。

Education reform in local comprehensive universities constitutes the focal point in the country＇s higher institution reform. And it is necessary to conduct a synthetical, detailed and organic exploration into this subject. The author points out that local universities should work out practical plans based on their own advantages, and hence proper routes, feasible measures and concrete procedures to carry out these plans. And the author proceeds to advocate establishing a rational, well-knit and operational higher education reform systems engineering model.
