摘要
自2005年1月1日以后,纺织品配额制度已终止,世界纺织品贸易迎来了后配额时代。美国和欧洲人不甘心纺织品贸易被中国主导。2005年以来,美国和欧盟重又对中国纺织品设限,使中国纺织品出口面临严峻挑战。如何把握机遇,应对挑战,将关系到中国纺织业的未来发展之路。
Since Jan. 1st, 2005, the textile products quota system has been put to an end. The world textile trade has entered a Post - quota era. The Americans and the Europeans are not willing to let China play a leading role in the world textile business. Since 2005, the U.S. and EU have created new barrier to the Chinese textile products. The exportation of Chinese textile products is facing a severe challenge. How to seize the opportunities and take up the challenge will be crucial to the future development of the Chinese textile industry.
