摘要
采用基于规则系统Jess(Javaexpertsystemshell)产生式的知识表达方式,提出一种新的电气设备分层方法,从判断倒闸操作是否使电气设备进入了不安全状态的思路出发表示电力倒闸操作的规则。给出了电气设备几种典型接线方式的知识表达方式,包括断路器与隔离开关、母线接地刀闸、单/双母线带旁母带地刀、母线两侧的断路器、双绕组变压器两侧和三绕组变压器三侧的断路器等,并开发了变电站倒闸操作仿真系统,验证了所提方法的简单有效性。
A Jess(Java expert system shell)- based method for layering electrical equipments is put forward,which applies production rule based-system knowledge representation. The electrical switching operation rules are represented according to whether the switching operation will bring electrical equipment into an unsafe state. The knowledge representations of several typical electrical equipment connection modes are given,including those of breaker with isolation switches, bus grounding switch,single/double bus with by-pass bus and grounding switch,breakers at both sides of bus ,breakers at every side of two-winding or three-winding transformer,and so on. A substation electrical switching operation simulation system is developed to verify its effectiveness.
