摘要
比较了不同镀覆工艺,优化出石墨粉末镀铜的最优方法。实验结果表明:用工业酒精做浸润剂能有效分散石墨粉;苯骈三氮唑酒精溶液能有效钝化镀铜石墨粉;控制镀铜速度,可以提高石墨粉的镀覆率和镀层质量。
The copper-plating process of graphite powder was investigated and optimized. The results show that using industry alcohol as infiltrating and scattering agent can be got better restnlt if the depositing speed was better controlled, its corrosion resistance can be improved by adding the purifying agent.
