摘要
通常的冲裁研究与设计只针对0.2 ̄12mm以下的板材,但在生产实际中常有厚板上的孔,由于其零件形状特殊或产量较大,如采用其他的生产工艺极不经济,希望能用冲裁的方式制作以提高工效。介绍了用冲裁模在22mm的厚板上冲制椭圆孔的方法,并已在生产中应用。该方法扩展了冲裁工艺的应用范围,突破了传统冲裁工艺在理论方面的束缚。
The common blanking study and design are for the sheets which are below 0.2- 12mm. But there are usually holes on thick sheets in production, Owing to their special shape and mass production, it's not economical to apply other technologies. It's expected to use blanking method to improve work efficiency. The method of punching elliptical hole on 22mm thick sheet with blanking die is introduced, which has been used in production. The method extends application range of blanking technology, It breaks through the limit of traditional blanking technology on theory,
