摘要
本文采用EDX方法,原位获得涂层的吸油率,采用TMA方法获得涂层玻璃化温度的变化,并推导出玻璃化温度和吸油率之间的关系式。有效地反映出油料在涂层内的扩散行为和涂层性能的变化关系。
In this paper,oil uptake was obtained in situ using EDX analysis methods,Glass transition temperature of the coating were obtained with TMA analysis. The relation of oil uptake, Glass transition temperature and humidity aging time at different temperatures were determined. The relation was exactly in showing the changes of oil uptake and Tg of the coating.
