摘要
用蒸馏法处理啤酒样品,然后用气相色谱分析测定其甲醇、高级醇的含量,以评价不同啤酒的内在质量。
The samples of beer are treated by distillation , then the content of methanol and high grade alcohol in the samples are analysed and determined by Gas Chromatography, in order to appraise internal quality of different beers.
