摘要
介绍了2001年建成的抚顺石化分公司石油一厂0.5 Mt/a的蒸汽凝结水回收精处理装置的工艺流程和自动控制系统,以及活性炭过滤器和离子交换过滤器的流程和操作方法。该装置处理炼油厂含铁、硅、油等杂质的蒸汽凝结水,处理后凝结水作为锅炉给水,因此采用了引进的活性炭过滤器、离子交换过滤器凝结水精处理技术和在线油监测仪。整套控制系统采用PLC(操作盘远程控制)程序控制和计算机交互操作界面,自动化水平高。自 2001年投用至今,该装置运行平稳,控制系统和凝结水处理效果能满足锅炉给水要求,凝结水油质量分数可达到1 μg/g以下,每年回收凝结水约0.4 Mt/a,经济效益显著。
The process and process control system of a 500,000 TPY steam condensate treating unit and the process and operation of active carbon filter and ion-exchange filter in No. 1 Refinery of Fushun Petrochemical Company are described. As the unit is treating condensate containing iron, silicon and oil to provide boiler feed water ( BFW), active carbon filter and ion-exchange filter and associated on-line oil analyzer are installed and high-level control system with programmable logic controller and main-machine interface are provided, The plant has been operating smoothly ever since it was first commissioned in 2001. The control system works well and the treated condensate has met all specifications for BFW. The oil in steam condensate is lower than 1 ppm (m). Significant economic benefit is obtained from annual recovery of 400,000 tons of water.
