摘要
介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司锦州石化分公司Ⅱ套燃料油型常减压蒸馏装置的大型化扩能改造情况。改造是在现有主体设备不动情况下应用新技术完成的。改造中采用了ADV高效塔盘、高效规整填料、新型高速交直流电脱盐设备、减压炉管四级扩径、减压塔顶机械抽真空等多项新技术。改造后各项指标达到设计要求, 原油加工能力由3.0 Mt/a提高到5.0 Mt/a,总拔出率增加6.06个百分点。
The capacity of 2# fuel-oriented atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, PetroChina Company Limited has been expanded with the state-of-the-art technologies such as application of high-efficiency ADV trays and structured packings, new high-speed A-D electro-static desalting equipment, four-stage tube diameter expansion of vacuum furnace and mechanical evacuation of vacuum distillation tower overhead, etc, while the main existing equipments are kept unchanged. The capacity of revamped unit has been expanded from 3.0 MM TPY to 5.0 MM TPY and all design specifications have been met. The total distillation yield is increased by 6.06 percent.
