摘要
通过对循环氢压缩机、高压换热器等进行更换;对反应进料加热炉、产品汽提塔和部分机泵进行改造;以及在反应器不改动的情况下选用FH-DS柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂,并在反应器上、下床层采用密相装填方法装填催化剂等,催化裂化柴油和焦化柴油加氢精制装置处理量能力由600 kt/a扩至800 kt/a,处理能力扩大了33%,还生产出硫质量分数小于300μg/g的低硫柴油。
Process capacity of a 12000 b/d hydrofining unit for FCC gas oil and coker gas oil was expanded to 16 000 b/d by adopting the follow measures : ( 1 ) Replacing the recycle hydrogen compressor and the high-pressure heat exchanger. (2) Revamping the feedstock heater, the product stripper, and some pumps. (3) Using FH-DS diesel deep HDS catalyst without reactor changed. And (4) adopting catalyst dense phase loading at the upper and the lower beds in reactor. With the methods, low sulfur diesel (sulfur content less than 300 μg/g ) has been produced.
