摘要
目的筛选氨甲酰妥布霉素高产菌株。方法通过诱变剂和诱变条件的考察,确定最佳选育手段,从而筛选到效价高、组分好的优良生产菌株。结果UV、NTG等诱变方法处理后得一稳定高产菌株,效价为2 182 U.mL-1,为出发菌株的1.3倍。结论UV、NTG诱变可明显提高菌株产量。
Objective To screen a stable high-yield mutant for CTB. Methods The optimal mutation breeding method was established through the screening of mutating agents and mutation conditions. Good producing strain, which had a high titer and good component, was obtained. Results A stable high-yield mutant for CTB was obtained by UV and NTG mutation. The total title was 2 182 U·mL^-1, which was 1.3 times higher compared with that of the original strain. Conclusions The strain of mutation by UV and NTG increase the production.
