超声引导下肝脏内注射促肝细胞生长素治疗活动性肝硬化的价值

Value of Intrahepatic injection of Hepatocyte growth factor under the guiding of Ultrasonography for patients with active cirrhosiss

目的研究超声引导下肝脏内注射肝细胞生长素治疗活动性肝硬化的价值。方法120例活动性肝硬化患者在超声引导下向肝脏不同部位注入肝细胞生长素80 mg和地塞米松1 mg,每周2次,共6周12次。治疗前后观察超声图像和肝功能的改变,部分患者治疗前后做2次肝脏穿刺,观察病理改变情况。结果98例患者声像图有不同程度改善,肝脏回声变得均匀,血管显示更加清晰;108例患者的肝功能明显改善,具体表现在谷丙转氨酶下降,胆红素下降,蛋白上升;54例患者2次肝脏穿刺病理显示肝脏血管的炎症减轻;无并发症出现。结论超声引导下肝脏内注射肝细胞生长素安全有效,是治疗活动性肝硬化有效方法。

Objective To investigate the value of intrahepatic injection of heapatocyte growth factor under the guiding of ultrasonography. Methods Heapatocyte growth factor was injected into different part of liver in 120 patients with active cirrhosis twice a week, the course was 6 weeks. The changes of hepatic function and ultrasonogram were observed before and after treatment. In .some patients, the pathological changes of livers were observed before and after treatment. Results The ultrasonograms of 98 patients were improved in different degrees, the echoes of the livers became even and the images of blood vessels became clearly. The liver functions （the concentrations of glutamie- pyruvie transaminase, bilirubin and protein in serum） of 108 patients were improved clearly. The inflammation of intrahepatic vessels relieved in 54 patients who received hepatic puncture before and after treatment. No related complications appeared. Conclusions Intrahepatic injection of heapatocyte growth factor under the guiding of ultrasonography is an effective and safe treatment for patients with active cirrhosis.
