喘乐宁高频雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘研究

摘要 目的探讨喘乐宁液高频雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘的有效性。方法随机对240例受试者(试验组120例,对照组120例)采用喘乐宁液雾化吸入与不吸入治疗,评价其临床疗效。结果试验组的疗程较对照组明显缩短,纠正呼吸困难、缺氧、解除哮喘及哮鸣音消失等方面均优于对照组(P<0.01)。其有效率98.34%,明显高于对照组的76.66%(P<0.01)。结论喘乐宁液高频雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘疗效可靠,是目前治疗本病的较佳方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of high-frequency atomizing inhalation of Salbutamol on infant with asthma. Methods 240 infant with asthma were randomized divided into trial group (120 cases) and control group (120 cases). The therapeutic schedule were paralleled in 2 groups except a high - frequency atomizing inhalation of Salbutamol was given to the patients in trial group. And the curative effect of high - frequency atomizing inhalation of Salbutamol was analyzed comparatively between the two groups. Results The course of treatment of the trial group was significant shorter than those in the control. The decompensation, anoxia and asthma in the trial group improved much better than the control either (P〈 0.01). The clinical effective rates of trial group and control group were 98.34 % and 76.66 % respectively. There was a significant difference between the trial group and control group (P〈0.01). Conclusions High- frequency atomizing aspiration of Salbutamol is an effective and secure therapeutic approach for infant with atients.
