31例青年型脑梗死危险因素及病因分析

A Study on the Etiology and Risk Factors of Youth Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨青年型缺血性脑梗死可能存在的病因和危险因素，以达到对高危人群的干预治疗。方法对我科1989-2004年间的年龄在19-45岁之间经影像学证实为脑梗死的患者进行危险因素及病因分析。结果高血压、吸烟、饮酒、高脂血症、风湿性心脏病、感染性病变、偏头痛、围产期等均为引起青年型缺血性脑梗死的主要病因。结论高血压、吸烟、酗酒、高血脂、风湿性心脏病及感染性病变作为引发青年人脑梗死的重要危险因素，应积极预防和治疗。

Objective To explore the etiology and risk factors of youth cerebral infarction, so as to prevent it in high- risk group. Methods The clinical date of 31 cases （from 19 to 45 year-old） with cerebral infarction who affirmed with medical image was analyzed, in order to find out the risk factors and etiological factors. Results Hypertension, smoking, excessive drinking, hyperlipidemia, rheumatic heart disease, infectious disease, migrain, perinatal disorder were main etiology of youth cerebral infarction. Conclusions Hypertension, smoking, excessive drinking, hyperlipidemia, rheumatic heart disease, infectious disease are important risk factors of youth cerebral infarction, should be prevented and treated actively.
