输液连接器在儿科补液中的应用

The Application of Transfusion Connector in 610 Pediatric Patients' Fluid Replacement

目的为提高腹泻病所致重度脱水患儿的补液疗效,提高工作效率。方法对610例脱水患儿在静脉补液中采用输液连接器。结果脱水纠正率100%,一次输液成功率98.5%,腹泻患儿平均疗程5.1 d。结论在脱水患儿静脉输液中采用输液连接器,方法合理,符合补液原则,提高了疗效,简化了操作中的诸多繁琐,有临床实用价值,值得推广。

Objective To enhance the curative effect of fluid replacement and the work efficiency in treatment of pediatric patients. Methods The transfusion connector was used in fluid replacement of fluid replacement. Results The dehydration was corrected in all patients. The success ratio of transfusion was 98.5 %, The average period of treatment was 5, 1 days. Conclusions The use of transfusion connector in transfusion replacement for children with severe dehydration is correct and reasonable. It can increase the curative effect and simplified the procedure of transfusion, So it is worth to be popularized.
