该文采用文献检索方法,在简述我国疾病预防控制机构职能的基础上重点对疾控中心人力资源配置问题中的配置标准及其制定方法进行了综述。

This paper applied the methods of literature review on the manpower allocation issues in the center for disease control and prevention （CDC）. It particularly paid attention to the allocation criterion including its methods on the basis of describing the function of the institutions of disease control and prevention in the country.
