摘要
分析了扁平型全封闭式圆形盒体类塑料制品的结构特点,介绍了在内圆表面不留模具镶件镶拼痕的前提下的模内成型、分型和二次内抽芯脱模的模具典型结构设计及其制造要点。
The structural character of flatting whole-closed, circular box plastic products is analyzed. Under the condition of no mold inserted or inlaid scratch on the inner circular surface, the typical structure mold design and its key manufacture points of moulding within the mold, splitting, and second inner core-drawing demoulding are introduced respectively.
