从规划环境影响评价的内涵和发展现状入手, 探讨了规划环境影响评价作为促进生态城市可持续发展的新工具在生态城市建设中的作用,并对规划环境影响评价在生态城市建设与管理中的应用进行了探讨。
The article analyzes the present con dition of construction of the eco-city and envi ronment impact assessment for planning,
inquiries into the function of environment impact as sessment for planning in promoting the construc tion of eco-city as the new tool of urban sustain able development, and inquiries into the appli cation of environment impact assessment for planning in the eco-city construction and management.
