皮质类固醇激素治疗及多种相关因素对突发性耳聋预后的影响

The effect of corticosteroids therapy and multiple related factors in treatment of sudden deafness

目的:观察皮质类固醇激素对突发性耳聋的疗效及各种因素对预后的影响。方法:181例病人分为激素治疗组147例,给予常规治疗加强的松口服;对照组34例,给予静脉滴注扩血管,营养神经药物以及口服维生素等常规治疗,疗程均为7天,观察听力恢复情况。结果:治疗组总有效率59.9%(88/147),对照组总有效率41.2%(14/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮质类固醇激素治疗突发性耳聋安全、有效,无明显不良反应,早期治疗是提高疗效的关键,病程长短可为预后预测提供参考。

Objective：To evaluate the effect of corticosteroids and multiple related factors in treatment of sudden deafness and on patients prognosis. Methods：One hundred and eight -one patients with sudden deafness were divided into two groups ： group Ⅰ （ 147 cases with 156 ears） were treated by deltasone take orally and routine therapy ;group Ⅱ （34 cases with 39 ears） were treated by routine therapy （ the medicine of relaxing blood vessels and protecting nerves injection and Vitamin take orally ）, to observe the recruitment of hearing after seven - day treatment. Results： Statistics showed the effective rate of group Ⅰ were 59.9% , significantly higher than that of group Ⅱ （ 41.2% ） （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The corticosteroids were safe and effective therapy for sudden deafness without side effect, early treatment is the key point to improve the effect.
