准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗超高度近视的疗效观察

Clinical Evaluation of LASIK for Hyper-myopia

目的:探讨评价准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗超高度近视的临床疗效。方法:采用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗37例(72眼)超高度近视患者,屈光度为-10.0^-22.5D,平均为(-16.37±3.12)D,散光为-1.25^-4.25D,平均为(-1.92±0.87)D。结果:手术后视力明显提高,术后6个月时35例70眼(97.22%)视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,其中24眼(33.33%)超过术前最佳矫正视力2行或以上,2例2眼视力较术前最佳矫正视力下降1行;术后6个月屈光度(1眼欠矫-1.5D)为(-0.37±0.42)D,散光为(-0.43±0.46)D。结论:准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术可以有效的治疗超高度近视,而且无明显并发症发生。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of LASIK for the treatment of hyper - myopia. Methods： LASIK was performed on 72 eyes of 37 cases with refraction ranging from - 10D to - 22.5D （ mean - 16.37 ± 3.12D） and astigmatism from - 1. 25D to - 4.25D （ mean - 1.92 ± 0.87 D）. Results ： Visual acuity improved greatly soon after operation. 70 eyes of 35 cases gained vision equal to or better than pre -operative best -corrected -visual -acuity （BCVA）. 24 eyes had vision 2 lines better than and 2 eyes worse than pre - operative BCVA sixth month post - operatively. The refraction at the same time was - 0.37 ± 0.42D, astigmatism - 0.43 ± 0.46D and with one eye under - refraction - 1.50D. Conclusions ： LASIK is an effective way for the treatment of hyper - myopia without any significant complications.
