论我国成人高等教育公平性的缺失与完善

On the Deficiency and Perfection of Chinese Adult Higher Education

发展我国成人高等教育并坚持其公平性具有非常重要的意义与价值。当前,我国成人高等教育公平性现实的缺失,主要表现为地区之间的、城乡之间的、高校之间的、身份之间的、性别之间的不公平。实现我国成人高等教育公平性的对策与途径如下:树立教育的科学发展观;加强与改善政府对成人高等教育的领导,强化政府作为;端正成人高校的办学思想并规范教育行为。

Developing Chinese adult higher education and sticking to the principle of equity has important significance and value. Currently, the deficiency of the equity of adult higher education in China expresses itself mainly in the equity between different regions, between city and countryside, between different universities, social classes and genders. To realize the equity of adult higher education, countermeasure are as follows： to establish the scientific outlook of development in education; to perfect the leadership of management and increase the implementation feasibility of management system and institution, and to correctitude the idea and notion of developing adult higher education and norm the educational act of adult higher education.
